Amelia

Amelia joined as Community Engagement Librarian in May 2019. Amelia leads NC LIVE’s Communications, Marketing, and Community Engagement program to ensure that NC LIVE remains closely aligned with the needs of its member libraries and that the value of NC LIVE is broadly known by librarians, patrons, and the general public.

Before coming to NC LIVE, Amelia was a Research and Instruction Graduate Assistant at UNC Chapel Hill Davis Library, and an Assessment and User Experience Intern at Duke University Libraries.  Previously, Amelia served as a Global Engagement Fellow at UNC Charlotte Atkins Library; a Records and Briefs Assistant at UNC Chapel Hill Everett Law Library; and a Library Associate at Greensboro Public Library.

Amelia earned her Master of Science in Library Science at UNC Chapel Hill in May 2019.  She also holds a BA in History with a minor in French Language from The American University.
